2022 valued at $50m following a partial purchase by Miami firm 777 Partners who acquired 19.9% for AU$8.7 million, with an option to increase their ownership to 70% over five years through additional investments totalling AU$30 million (£16m).
777 Partners faced accusations of fraud before it collapsed 2024, leading to their creditors, A-CAP (Advantage Capital Holdings, LLC's wholly owned subsidiary, ACM Delegate LLC), taking control of 777's soccer portfolio, including the stake in Melbourne Victory
Melbourne Victory and Advantage Capital Holdings announced 04/03/25 their agreement to successfully divest the interests controlled by A-CAP in Melbourne Victory.

Bloom became a successful poker player and sports bettor, using his mathematical background to gain an edge in gambling.
As a professional poker player his early carrer earning amassed to around $4m winning multiple major tournaments. Bloom also started two online poker sites, Tribeca Tables and St Minver, which he later sold for undisclosed amounts.
Bloom set up a bookmaker specialising in Asian handicap betting, which he sold for £1.2 million in 2005. Tony establish multiple gaming sites that were later acquired by blue chip organisations in deals worth up to $204 million.
